On the evening of September 17, China Nuclear Titanium dioxide announced that Baiyin China Nuclear Times New Energy Co., Ltd., a joint venture company, signed a framework agreement on investment in new energy power generation projects with the people's Government of Baiyin City.
In the China Nuclear era, Jingtai County, Baiyin City, is proposed to invest in the construction of a new energy generation project of "integration of source network, charge and storage", which includes 1500 megawatts of photovoltaic power generation, 500MW wind power generation and 400MW energy storage, with a total investment of about 10 billion yuan. The project will be built in three phases, and the construction period is expected to be no more than 48 months.
It is reported that Baiyin China Nuclear Times New Energy Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company jointly funded by China Nuclear Huayuan Titanium dioxide Co., Ltd. And time Yongfu Technology Co., Ltd., a controlling subsidiary of Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., China Nuclear Titanium dioxide and time Yongfu each hold 50% of the shares of China Nuclear era. Relying on the industrial advantages of Gansu Dongfang Titanium Industry Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, China Nuclear era vigorously promotes the investment, construction and operation of comprehensive intelligent new energy projects such as photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage and so on.
The purpose of this cooperation is to meet the electricity demand of the Dongfang Titanium Industry "sulfur-phosphorus-Iron-Titanium-Lithium" green recycling industry project, especially the annual production of 500000 tons of iron phosphate, 500000 tons of lithium iron phosphate, 500000 tons of water-soluble monoammonium phosphate (water-soluble fertilizer) and related facilities, and the rational development of wind power and photovoltaic resources in Baiyin area.
