[Yongtai Technology: supply Lithium hexafluorophosphate and other products to Ningde Times] Yongtai Science and Technology announcement, the company and Ningde Times signed a "material purchase Agreement", which agreed to purchase lithium hexafluorophosphate, difluorosulfonimide lithium (LIFSI) and vinylidene carbonate (VC) products from the company during the validity period of the agreement. Within 10 days after the signing of the agreement, Ningde Times shall pay the company a total of 600 million yuan in advance for the products. The total minimum purchase quantity of lithium hexafluorophosphate is 24000 tons from July 31 to December 31, 2026; the total minimum purchase quantity of LIFSI from July 31, 2021 to December 31, 2022 is 3550 tons, and the minimum purchase quantity of LIFSI from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2026 is 80% of the company's actual production capacity; after the company has put into production and reached production capacity of 200t / month, the minimum purchase quantity of VC during the agreement period is not less than 200t / month.
