Cao Qi also demanded that we should give full play to the propaganda and guidance of the news media and the role of supervision by public opinion, focus on exposing enterprises that produce, sell, and refit electric vehicles in violation of laws and regulations, and vigorously publicize the harmfulness of illegal modification, parking, and charging. We should strengthen warning education, educate the masses with painful cases, raise their awareness of the legal system and risks, consciously resist modification, report modification, and share safety.

It is worth noting that in 2019, the Ministry of Emergency Management, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the General Administration of Market Supervision jointly issued the Circular on further strengthening the Fire Safety Management of Electric Bicycles. Since then, the electricity exchange market for two-wheeled vehicles has developed rapidly.

At present, the two-wheeled vehicle power exchange market is still in the early stage of development, and the market scale is relatively small. In 2020, the scale of China's two-wheeler power exchange market is about 16.18 billion yuan. EVTank predicts that with the improvement of power exchange service penetration and the growth of power exchange users, the scale of China's two-wheeler exchange market is expected to exceed 100 billion in 2025, becoming the new "blue ocean market".

EVTank also predicts that the demand for lithium-ion batteries for two-wheeled vehicles will reach 10.9 GWH by 2025, of which the demand for lithium-ion batteries at the C terminal of To will reach 7.1 GWH, accounting for more than 65%.
