Operating rates across primary lead smelters in Henan, Hunan and Yunnan gaine

SHANGHAI, June 15 (SMM) — Operating rates across primary lead smelters in Henan, Hunan and Yunnan gained 1.01 percentage points from the previous week to 60.9% in the week ended June 11, showed an SMM survey.

Henan saw normal production. Hunan Shuikoushan Jinxin and Zhihui resumed normal production last week, and the output increased slightly. The power curtailment was gradually alleviated in Yunnan, where the overall operating rates rose. Zhengxing recovered production last week. The concentrate inventories at smelters were tight, but the production was basically recovered as planned.
