On the evening of April 15, Hangke Technology (688006) released its annual results report, saying that the net profit belonging to shareholders of listed companies in 2020 was about 372 million yuan, an increase of 27.73 percent over the same period last year; operating income was about 1.493 billion yuan, up 13.7 percent over the same period last year; basic earnings per share was 0.93 yuan, an increase of 20.78 percent over the same period last year.

It is reported that Hangke Technology is a global first-class integrator of lithium battery production equipment system with sales, research and development, manufacturing and service as one. The company's main products are all kinds of battery charging and discharging equipment, testing equipment, logistics equipment and corresponding supporting software systems. The company supplies all kinds of lithium-ion battery production line post-processing system equipment to well-known lithium-ion battery manufacturers at home and abroad, such as Samsung, LG, SKI, Sony (now Murata, Japan), Ningde New Energy, BYD, Guoxuan Hi-Tech, Tianjin Lishen, Ningde Times and so on. At present, it is one of the few domestic reprocessing equipment manufacturers that can export complete sets of equipment and work closely with major lithium-ion battery manufacturers such as Japan and South Korea.

In terms of technological research and development, Hangke Science and Technology has always taken technological innovation as the driving force for development and continuously strengthened its R & D investment. Such as BYD, Yiwei Lithium Energy, Xinwanda, AVIC Lithium Power, Funeng Technology and so on.

According to the Zhejiang Securities Research report, due to the weak demand for domestic orders in 2019, Hangke Technology's domestic business revenue in 2020 was 870 million yuan, down 12% from the same period last year, while overseas revenue benefited from the release of orders from LG Poland factories, with revenue reaching 610 million yuan, up 87% from the same period last year. Overseas revenue accounted for 42% in 2020, an increase in 17pct compared with the same period last year.

According to the announcement, the amount of Hangke Science and Technology orders in hand from 2019 to 2020 is 19 / 2.5 billion yuan, and the orders in hand since the beginning of 2021 are full. Major overseas customers such as LG and SK are expected to launch equipment bidding. As an important equipment supplier in China, the United States and Europe, the company is expected to fully benefit, and the amount of newly signed orders for the whole year is expected to exceed 4 billion yuan.
