The company plans to invest in Jiangsu Times Power and Energy Storage Lithium Battery R & D and production Project (Phase IV) in Zhongguancun High-tech Zone, Liyang City, Jiangsu Province, with a total investment of no more than 12 billion yuan. It shall be no more than 24 months since the commencement of construction, and finally the actual construction shall prevail. The total area of the project is about 1000 mu, and the specific land area is based on the actual situation.

The company plans to invest in the construction of lithium-ion battery Fuding production base in Fuding City, Ningde City, Fujian Province, with a total investment of no more than 17 billion yuan. The project is divided into two phases, the first phase of the project is not more than 26 months from the start of construction, the second phase of the project is scheduled to start within two years after the first phase of construction, and finally the actual construction shall prevail. Project construction scale: the total area of the project is about 2300 mu, of which the first phase of the project covers an area of about 1500 mu, and the second phase of the project covers an area of about 800mu. The specific land area shall prevail according to the actual situation.

The company plans to invest and expand the power battery Yibin manufacturing base project in Lingang Economic and technological Development Zone, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, with a total investment of no more than 10 billion yuan. The project is divided into two phases, the first phase of the project is not more than 26 months from the start of construction, the second phase of the project is scheduled to start within two years after the first phase of construction, and finally the actual construction shall prevail. 5.
