Yibin Tianyi Lithium Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd. is jointly founded by Ningde Times (stock code: 300750), Tianhua Super Clean (stock code: 300390), Tianyuan Group (stock code: 002386) and other companies. The company was registered in Jiang'an on November 19, 2018 with a registered capital of 700 million yuan. The company mainly develops, produces and sells battery-grade lithium hydroxide and other lithium materials.
The company's first phase of the 20, 000-ton battery-grade lithium hydroxide project has an investment of about 1 billion, covering an area of 194 mu. Construction began in September 2019, completed and trial production in August 2020, and has obtained the project safety production license and the national industrial product production license. At present, the trial operation is good, the production and operation of the enterprise is normal, and the company can produce more than 70 tons of battery-grade lithium hydroxide every day.
After reaching the production capacity of the second phase of the project, the company will achieve an annual production capacity of 45000 tons of battery-grade lithium hydroxide, and is committed to becoming the world's largest and leading battery-grade lithium hydroxide manufacturer. The proposed plant and related facilities cover an area of about 35000 square meters, and the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021. At present, it has obtained the approval of the environmental impact report issued by Yibin Ecological Environment Bureau.
The company plans to build a production line with an annual production capacity of 100000 tons of battery-grade lithium hydroxide by the end of 2024, and is committed to becoming the most competitive lithium material enterprise in the world in technology, scale and cost in the future.
