At 09:18 on October 26th, Jinjian Copper smelting process upgrading relocation and transformation project and the first batch of electrolytic copper off-line ceremony was solemnly held in front of the company's electrolysis workshop in Dongshan Industrial Park, Chifeng City (pictured). In August 2014, according to the overall plan of "retiring from the city and entering the park" in Chifeng City, Jinjian Copper Company began to prepare for remote relocation and transformation. On December 27, 2017, the board of directors of the holding company approved the feasibility study report of the copper smelting process upgrading project of the company, and the project was officially launched. The project adopts the process scheme of "silo batching-side blowing smelting-intelligent numerical control blowing-rotary anode furnace refining-PC electrolysis". The total investment is about 5 billion yuan, covering an area of 1036 mu, with an annual output of 400000 tons of copper smelting capacity, which is promoted by the way of "overall planning and step-by-step implementation". The first phase has an investment of 2.4 billion yuan and an annual production capacity of 260000 tons (200000 tons of cathode copper + 60, 000 tons of anode copper).
Jinjian Copper Technical renovation Project officially started construction on August 16, 2018.
