At the meeting, 40 projects were started, with a total investment of 13.95 billion yuan, involving compound semiconductors and other fields.

The concentrated projects include the Xinjingyu high-end compound semiconductor project with a total investment of 3 billion yuan, the integrated circuit ecological industrial park with a total investment of 1.9 billion yuan, and the Xinke residential intelligent comfort system project with a total investment of 3 billion yuan.

It is worth mentioning that on September 1, Wujin National High-tech Zone in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province and Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology signed an agreement that the two sides will jointly build a compound semiconductor innovation base in the Yangtze River Delta in Wujin High-tech Zone.

According to the agreement, the two sides will jointly build the Changzhou Branch Center of the National Engineering Center for wide Bandband Semiconductors, and Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology will provide technical support to the Changzhou Branch Center and assist local universities to jointly train microelectronics technology. to provide talent support for the construction and development of the Changzhou branch center.
