Exports of unwrought aluminium, semis gain 37% YoY in Sep

China exported 507,000 mt of unwrought aluminium and aluminium products in Sep

SHANGHAI, Oct 12 (SMM) – China exported 507,000 mt of unwrought aluminium and aluminium products in September, up 37% from the corresponding period last year, showed China Customs data. On a monthly basis, the exports shrank 10,000 mt.

In the first nine months of 2018, China’s exports of unwrought aluminium and aluminium products amounted to 4.258 million mt, up 16.3% from the same period in 2017.
