Bugatti has completed the restoration of a one-off Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse featuring a fully polished aluminum body, returning the vehicle to its original specifications through its factory restoration program. Completed in 2014, the supercar was manufactured using large aluminum blocks weighing up to 20 tonnes, which were processed to create its distinctive mirror-like exterior finish.
The restoration involved removing aftermarket modifications and refinishing the aluminum body to restore its original reflective appearance. Powered by an 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged engine producing approximately 1,183 horsepower, the vehicle highlights the application of precision aluminum machining, advanced surface finishing and specialized body manufacturing techniques in high-end automotive production.
