[India Export] India’s HRC export market remained largely flat, with offers to Europe holding at 750–770USD/tonne CFR. Fresh firm offers to Vietnam and the Middle East remained limited. Billet seller indications were unchanged at 490–510USD/tonne FOB India, with confirmed transactions remaining limited. Imported ferrous scrap indications were also broadly stable. Domestically, the Mumbai cut-to-length HRC reference remained around 63,700INR/tonne ex-yard, excluding 18% GST. Festive-season trading remained subdued, with limited fresh enquiries and buying activity. Overall, prices held steady, while thin trading offered little evidence of stronger demand to support further increases.
