[Secondary Lead Production Update] SMM, October 19: According to SMM, a small-to-medium secondary lead enterprise in Ningxia has suspended scrap battery unloading and purchasing starting today due to main road repairs within the plant area, which have made it impossible for vehicles to pass. The road construction is expected to last 3 days, during which scrap battery purchasing will be suspended. Purchasing will resume once construction is completed and quotations are restored.
