This week, end-use consumption in the e-bike and automotive battery markets showed no significant changes. The back-to-school season for e-bike batteries is drawing to a close, while demand for three-wheeler and four-wheeler batteries improved during the autumn harvest period. Dealers actively digested inventories, and some wholesale markets continued sales promotions for large batteries. The automotive battery market remained relatively stable, with some enterprises maintaining moderate operating rates in anticipation of September-October peak season OEM demand. On the producer side, medium and large enterprises supplemented spot orders beyond their long-term lead ingot contracts, with spot lead generally trading at a small premium.
