【Capital No-Fly Zone Takes Effect September 20, Covering a 300km Radius Centered on Beijing】A no-fly zone covering Beijing and surrounding areas took effect on September 20, 2026, designated as controlled airspace from ground level to unlimited altitude within a 300km radius centered on Beijing. Commercial passenger flights and emergency rescue operations are unrestricted, while other flight activities require approval via the UOM platform. The newly revised "Beijing Municipal Regulations on Unmanned Aircraft Management" will take effect on November 15, 2026, designating the entire Beijing municipal area as controlled airspace, and prohibiting the possession, storage, transport, or carrying of drones and their core components into the city.

After this date, drones designed and assembled in the US but containing logic-related hardware components made by DJI or Autel will no longer receive new FCC equipment authorization.
