Indonesian SAE1006 HRC offers stood at 539–540 USD/tonne CFR Vietnam, while buyers maintained bids at 535 USD/tonne CFR Vietnam. Weak downstream demand left buyers unwilling to accept higher offers. Neither side was prepared to compromise, leaving the market at a standstill with no transactions reported."
