August 27-28, 2026, the third Senior Officials’ Meeting of the 2026 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) was held in Dalian, Liaoning Province. Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu attended the meeting and delivered remarks.
