This Week, Operating Rates in the Enamelled Wire Industry Pulled Back

Published: Aug 28, 2026 09:35
This week, affected by copper prices fluctuating at highs, downstream buyers became more cautious about elevated prices and showed weaker purchasing enthusiasm. Meanwhile, typhoon weather in Zhejiang led to production constraints at some downstream motor enterprises, further weighing on market demand. High copper prices, coupled with traditionally weak off-season demand, created a dual drag, and the operating rate in the enamelled wire industry pulled back this week.
