North Jiayaxuan's 2.2 kW Rare Earth Motor Completes Industrialization, Ready for Market Application

Published: Aug 27, 2026 22:26
Recently, the 2.2 kW rare earth permanent magnet motor independently R&D'd and designed by North Jiayaxuan successfully completed the industrialisation verification process and achieved batch order delivery, marking the product's formal entry into a new stage of market application. It is understood that this motor is a power device tailor-made by North Jiayaxuan for the rare earth smelting and extraction process section. In the extraction and separation step, this motor drives the stirring device through belt pulleys or gear reducers, leveraging precise speed control to effectively optimise the mass transfer and separation efficiency of rare earth elements in the liquid phase. Simultaneously, it supports stepless speed regulation when combined with a variable frequency drive, meeting the diverse needs of flexible process adjustment, and further excels in energy saving and noise reduction, making it an ideal supporting solution for the extraction tank stirring system.
