[Sheets & Plates] Export prices of hot-rolled coils and other sheets & plates remained stable day on day today, with transaction prices of hot-rolled coils concentrated in the range of $490-493/mt. The market saw no significant changes. Some steel mills, due to upcoming maintenance plans, are not in a hurry to release orders for the time being.

[EU] EU HRC buyers remained cautious about accepting higher prices due to sufficient inventories and uncertainty over Q4 end-user demand. However, overseas demand remains mediocre, and buyers' expected price levels have not risen in tandem, making deals difficult to conclude.
