According to SMM, from August 21 to 23, GPU lease demand from buyers in the group chat was concentrated on hundred-level long-term rental orders. One project party sought to lease 256 units of high-end computing power (3-4T configuration) with a five-year fixed-term contract, acceptable at 270,000 yuan/month/unit, private enterprise entity, two-month deposit and one-month prepayment, bank letter of guarantee available, delivery from month-end September to mid-October, no geographical restrictions; a buyer sought to lease 64 units of H200 with Shanghai data center, IB networking, five-year fixed-term contract, quoted at 122,000 yuan/month; additionally, there were two rental demands for 128 units of 5090 with a one-year fixed-term contract and 32 units of Pro6000 with a one-year fixed-term contract. In terms of price anchors, a cloud service provider quoted 5090 at 13,000 yuan/month per 1T unit, while a telecom operator quoted 4090 eight-card server at 7,200 yuan/month. Weekend large rental orders were concentrated on high-end computing power, H200, and other high-end models, all with five-year fixed-term contracts and practical payment terms (two-month deposit and one-month prepayment, bank letter of guarantee), reflecting the clear intention of downstream buyers to lock in long-term computing costs.
