China's copper enamelled wire exports continued their growth trend in July 2026, up 12.44% YoY. Looking at export destinations, most markets outside China saw higher exports YoY, with only South Korea and the Philippines seeing a YoY pullback. Vietnam, Japan, and Turkey remained the top three export markets for China's copper enamelled wire, with combined exports to these three destinations accounting for 37.4% of China's total exports. In detail: exports to Vietnam and Japan posted mild growth, up 6.8% and 6.3% YoY respectively; the Turkish market saw remarkable growth, with exports in July reaching 1,538 mt, up a substantial 96.0% YoY. Traditional Southeast Asian markets overall maintained positive contributions, with Thailand and Indonesia achieving YoY export growth, while the Philippines saw a decline. The Americas market performed strongly overall, with exports to Mexico and the US both recording high YoY growth. The European market continued its positive trend, with Germany's exports surging 69.2% YoY. Demand in the South Korean market weakened slightly, with exports pulling back slightly YoY; other countries and regions exported a combined 4,029 mt, edging up 3.5% YoY.
