China's Aluminum Exports Down 9% MoM, Up 24% YoY in July 2026

According to customs data, China's aluminum plate/sheet and strip exports in July 2026 were 321,900 mt, down 9% MoM and up 24% YoY. From January to July 2026, cumulative aluminum plate/sheet and strip exports were 2.1113 million mt, up 19.5% YoY.

China's Aluminum Wire Exports Down 8.53% MoM, Up 481.79% YoY in July 2026

July China Aluminum Wire Exports: Data showed that China's aluminum wire exports totaled 102,800 mt in July 2026, down 8.53% MoM and up 481.79% YoY. From January to July 2026, China's aluminum wire exports totaled 385,800 mt, up 152.78 percentage points YoY. Among them, exports of other non-insulated aluminum stranded wire, cable, braid, and similar articles totaled 84,600 mt, down 12.23% MoM, accounting for 82.29% of total exports; exports of non-insulated steel-core aluminum stranded wire, cable, braid, and similar articles totaled 18,200 mt, up 13.72 percentage points MoM, accounting for 17.71% of total exports.
