[Vietnam] Tien Sang Steel Fined Nearly VND400 Million for Tax Violations

Dong Nai City Tax has imposed a total of nearly VND397.6 million in fines and tax arrears on Tien Sang Steel Group (TLH) for tax declaration violations involving corporate income tax and VAT during 2024–2025. The company was fined VND137.8 million and ordered to pay VND259.9 million in additional VAT, while its deductible VAT was reduced by VND87 million. Meanwhile, Tien Sang Steel reported H1 2026 revenue of VND2.08 trillion, down 34.3% year on year, while net profit rose 77.2% to VND14.7 billion, achieving 23% of its full-year profit target.
