[SMM Lithium Battery Anode Raw Material Market Weekly Review: Demand Expectations Improve; Anode Raw Material Coke Prices Stabilize at Highs] August 13: This week, China's anode material raw material coke market prices maintained a stable trend.

SMM, August 13:

This week, both supply and demand showed no notable marginal changes, and the cost side also saw no significant fluctuations. China's raw material coke market for anode materials remained generally stable. Specifically, the average price of low-sulphur petroleum coke held steady at 4,671 yuan/mt, and the average price of oil-based green needle coke was about 7,450 yuan/mt. Prices of both core categories maintained a stable pattern at high levels. Looking ahead, as downstream anode material enterprises' production schedule expectations continue to climb, market trading pace is expected to improve further. China's low-sulphur petroleum coke and oil-based green needle coke prices are expected to continue to show strong performance in the short term.
