China's Primary Lead Output 7.44% MoM in July 2026, Driven by Smelter Resumptions

Published: Jul 31, 2026 21:47
[SMM Primary Lead Production] It is understood that national primary lead output rebounded significantly in July 2026, rising 7.44 percentage points MoM and 11.03 percentage points compared to the same period last year. Cumulative primary lead output in January-July 2026 increased 5.41 percentage points YoY, mainly driven by production resumptions after maintenance at lead smelters in southwest China, northeast China, and east China.
