[Sheets & Plates] Today, HRC and other sheets & plates export prices fell narrowly by $2-3/mt day on day, with HRC transaction prices at $482-486/mt. Domestically, as the meeting released no positive news, futures fell sharply. Outside China, there were some new inquiries, but due to the significant drop in futures, the overall wait-and-see sentiment was strong. Meanwhile, domestically, as price cuts failed to generate significant transactions, the decline in export offers was relatively small.
