[SMM PV Express] Director of State Taxation Administration: H1 clean energy power generation sales revenue up 17.1% YoY

At the press conference of the series themed "Starting Well for the '15th Five-Year Plan'" held on the morning of July 28, Hu Jinglin, Commissioner of the State Taxation Administration, said that, based on tax big data, China's economy has performed well this year, showing four prominent features: shifting toward the real economy, innovation, optimization, and green development.

"Greener" means green development is accelerating. In H1, sales revenue of the ecological protection and environmental governance industry rose 6.9% YoY; sales revenue from clean energy power generation, represented by wind, solar, hydro, and nuclear power, increased 17.1% YoY, accounting for 38.8% of electricity production sales revenue, up 3.8 percentage points compared to the same period last year. Sales revenue of the new energy vehicle and lithium battery manufacturing industries grew 13.1% and 38.9% YoY, respectively, and the application level of new energy continued to improve.
