[Sheets & Plates] HRC and other sheets & plates export prices were stable on a daily basis today, with HRC transaction prices at $486-491/mt. There was still no significant surge in trading volume outside China, and the market as a whole remained in a wait-and-see mode. Some traders in China obtained a certain amount of trading volume through short selling operations.
