London Gold to Acquire Bocana Resources in US$25 Million Deal

Privately held London Gold LLC is moving forward with a proposed US$25 million cash-and-stock acquisition of TSX Venture-listed Bocana Resources. Upon completion, Bocana's assets will be transferred into a newly formed company controlled by London Gold, which is expected to seek a Nasdaq listing. Trading of Bocana shares has been halted pending further details of the transaction.
