[CPCA: China’s Passenger NEV Producer Wholesale Sales Estimated at 1.51 Million Units in June, Up 22% YoY]

In June 2026, China’s passenger NEV producer wholesale sales are estimated to have reached 1.51 million units, up 22% YoY and 12% MoM, achieving double-digit growth on both a YoY and MoM basis, indicating that the new energy segment has entered a clear recovery path after earlier adjustments. This growth rate was significantly higher than the overall auto market over the same period, with NEVs becoming the core engine boosting growth in the passenger vehicle market.
