SMM May 19: The e-bike lead-acid battery market saw weak end-use consumption. In addition, multiple regions launched comprehensive chain-wide campaigns to address e-bike safety hazards, such as inspecting whether sales outlets were involved in whole-vehicle modifications and whether they were selling vehicles compliant with the new national standards. New auto sales were hindered, and battery demand was also affected. Large e-bike enterprises reported that their production lines struggled to reach full capacity.
