According to SMM research, the strong performance in futures markets has significantly boosted sentiment in the raw material segment, reinforcing expectations of a higher cost floor. Amid intense market volatility, Southeast Asian producers are adopting a wait-and-see stance, withholding quotations until clearer price signals emerge for future adjustments.
