On April 16, the Notice of Haikou Municipal People's Government on Printing and Distributing the "Haikou Municipal Plan for the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development" (Haikou Municipal Government [2026] No. 5) was issued. It is mentioned that the supporting and bearing capacity of the power grid should be comprehensively improved. Rational planning and construction of small-scale power generation and distribution microgrid system, to achieve self-control, protection and management of autonomous power system.
