【SMM Steel】POSCO Group invested W7bn in robot solutions provider Brils to advance automation and AI in manufacturing. The investment enables joint development of automation OS, aiming to transition to autonomous intelligent factories where humans, AI, and robots collaborate. POSCO plans to deploy custom robots in labor-intensive and high-risk ops to boost productivity and safety. Brils, founded in 2015, joins other robotics firms in POSCO's portfolio. The move supports scaling AI-based processes.
