【SMM New Energy News】Dongfeng Motor Group Capital Restructuring Plan Approved

On March 9, Dongfeng Motor Group announced that its privatization and the listing of Voyah Auto on the HKEX by way of introduction were approved by a high margin at shareholder meetings. Following the transaction, Dongfeng Motor Group will delist and deregister, achieving 100% state-owned control by Dongfeng Motor Corporation. Concurrently, Voyah Auto will list via equity distribution, becoming an independent high-end new energy vehicle entity in the international capital market.
