【SMM Steel】US announces preliminary subsidies for Hyundai Steel, POSCO on cold-rolled steel flats

【SMM Steel】The USDOC preliminarily found that Hyundai Steel and POSCO received countervailable subsidies on certain cold-rolled steel flat products from South Korea during the review period Jan 1, 2023 - Dec 31, 2023. Hyundai Steel's rate is 1.28%, POSCO's 3.67%. The review is partially rescinded for 46 other firms. Interested parties can comment on the preliminary results.
