[SMM Lead Market Flash] Last week (February 22-26, 2026), the average operating rate of primary lead smelters in three provinces was 51.47%, up 1.14 percentage points from the Chinese New Year holiday week (February 8-14) and down 8.24 percentage points from the week before the holiday (February 1-7).
