U.S. Company Files 337 Investigation Petition Against TOPCon Solar Products

On February 24, 2026, U.S.-based First Solar, Inc. filed a petition with the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. The petition alleges that:
Certain TOPCon solar cells, modules, panels, components thereof, and downstream products containing these items;
