【SMM Steel】On Feb 23, 2026, Brazil's Gecex issued Resolution No. 857, adjusting AD duties on non-oriented silicon steel from China, Germany, South Korea, and Taiwan. China's duties rise to $105.55-$195.05/ton from $90.00-$166.32/ton. Others unchanged: Germany $166.32/ton, South Korea $0.00-$166.32/ton, Taiwan $90.00-$166.32/ton. Effective immediately. Goods under NCM codes 7225.19.00, 7226.19.00.
