[End-Use Market Dynamics] It is reported that recently, eight departments including the Department of Commerce of Hebei Province, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the "Notice on Improving Quality and Efficiency in the Vehicle Trade-in Program in Hebei Province for 2026." According to the notice, Hebei Province will carry out two major activities targeting individual consumers: vehicle retirement and renewal, and replacement renewal. The activities commenced on January 1, 2026, and will continue until December 31, 2026.
