Recently, Jinzhai Gotion Battery Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Meng Lingkui as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The company is indirectly wholly owned by Gotion High-tech, and its business scope includes R&D of new material technologies, battery manufacturing, manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories, battery sales, NEV vehicle sales, and battery leasing.
