DI Dongil to Invest KRW 110 Billion in LFP Battery Aluminum Foil Facilities at Cheongju Plant

DI Dongil disclosed on the 11th that it plans to invest KRW 110 billion to build production facilities for carbon-coated aluminum foil used in LFP (lithium iron phosphate) batteries at its Cheongju aluminum plant, which is scheduled for completion this year.

The investment will be carried out in phases from February this year through 2030, covering land acquisition, construction, and equipment installation. The investment amount for this year is set at KRW 20 billion.
