On January 30, 2026, Zhang Chuanwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Mingyang Group, visited the headquarters of China Energy Engineering Corporation (CEEC) in Beijing and met with Ni Zhen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CEEC. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges and reached broad consensus on cooperation in key areas such as technological innovation, offshore wind power, green hydrogen-ammonia-methanol, and international business.
Ni Zhen welcomed Zhang Chuanwei and his delegation, and briefly introduced the reform and development of CEEC. He stated that CEEC closely aligns with the goal of building a strong energy nation, practices the philosophy of "innovation for strength, design for excellence, digital intelligence for efficiency, and lean management for practicality," focuses on four major sectors including new energy, and strengthens its core businesses in energy, power, and water resources. As a global leader in marine energy equipment, Mingyang Group has high business compatibility and broad cooperation prospects with CEEC. He expressed hope that both sides would deepen cooperation in areas such as offshore clean energy islands, deep-sea development, integrated green hydrogen-ammonia-methanol, and overseas markets, contributing to the national new energy security strategy through multi-dimensional innovation.
Zhang Chuanwei thanked CEEC for its long-term trust and support, and introduced Mingyang Group's industrial layout and technological innovation achievements. He stated that Mingyang Group adheres to the parallel pursuit of innovation-driven and green development, accelerates the layout of the entire industry chain including wind and solar power, energy storage, hydrogen, and combustion, and promotes the high-end and clustered development of the new energy industry.
