Fulin Precision Machining announced that on February 2, 2026, it held the 31st meeting of the fifth board of directors, during which the "Proposal on Subsidiary Signing the and Establishing a New Annual Production Capacity of 500,000 mt Ferrous Oxalate Project" was reviewed and approved. Fulin Precision Machining's subsidiary, Jiangxi Shenghua, signed the with Guizhou Dalong Huicheng, and the two parties plan to jointly invest in establishing a joint venture company, which will be responsible for building the "Annual Production Capacity of 500,000 mt Ferrous Oxalate Project."
