【Filing for an Annual 40,000 Tons Electronic-Grade Hydrogen Fluoride Project】

On January 27, the annual 40,000 tons electronic-grade hydrogen fluoride project of an electronic materials company in a province applied for and passed filing on relevant websites. Previously, the Ecological Environment Bureau of a certain city announced the environmental impact assessment approval for the ultra-pure cleaning materials production line technical renovation project of the same company. This project, with an investment of 261.63 million RMB, is located in a fluorinated new materials industrial park in a county (within the existing plant area of the company).
