Recently, the Administrative Approval Bureau of a certain city released the "Proposed Approval Announcement for the Environmental Impact Report of a New Materials Company's Annual Processing of 50,000 Tons Spent Lithium Battery Comprehensive Utilization Project," marking the official approval of this heavyweight battery recycling project. Upon completion, the total processing scale will be 50,000 tons per year (including 5,000 tons/year of batteries suitable for cascaded use, 5,000 tons/year of spent ternary lithium battery cells, 10,000 tons/year of spent positive electrode sheets, and 30,000 tons/year of spent negative electrode sheets). The annual output will include 3,000 tons of cascaded use batteries, 3,573 tons of ternary battery powder (mixed positive and negative electrode powder)

EVE Energy Plans To Invest 6 Billion Yuan To Build 60GWh Energy Storage And Power Battery Project

On March 28, EVE Energy Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that the company plans to sign an investment cooperation agreement with the Management Committee of Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone to invest in and construct the "EVE Energy 60GWh Energy Storage (Power) Battery Manufacturing Project" in the Zhongkai High-tech Zone. The total investment for this project is approximately 6 billion yuan, covering an area of about 500 mu. It will be used to construct a production base for energy storage (power) batteries with a capacity of 60GWh. The implementation entity for this project will be EVE Energy or an affiliated company established by it within the zone.
