SMM February 2 News: Today, the price of electric polar plates (internal formation) was quoted at 18,000-18,250 yuan/mt. Demand in the lead-acid battery market remained sluggish, and with the Chinese New Year holiday approaching, major lead-acid battery enterprises have lowered their production plans for February. Most lead-acid battery enterprises have completed pre-holiday stockpiling of materials such as lead ingots. Even as prices for lead and tin declined, trading in the spot market remained sluggish.
