[SMM Aluminum Express] At 11:19 AM on January 31, Dushi Group Chairman Dushi Xiaoping signed an agreement with Horqin Right Middle Banner for a 300,000 mt per year prebaked anode project. This signing represents a key initiative by the Group to deeply implement the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" and expand its core carbon business layout, marking a new milestone breakthrough for the Group in cross-regional industrial cooperation. The "Kedu" project is scheduled to achieve full production on November 19, 2026, realizing the "Five Same-Year" goals of project initiation, construction, production, regulatory inclusion, and effectiveness all within the same year.
