Hengtong Xinneng Zhinang Project in Guangyuan Makes Steady Progress, Trial Production Set for May

Recently, at the construction site of Hengtong Xinneng Zhinang (Sichuan) Co., Ltd. project (Hengtong Annual Output of 120,000 mt Ultra-High Voltage Transmission Conductors and Equipment Project) located in the Yuanjiaba Aluminum Industrial Park of Guangyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone, tower cranes stood in clusters, and various tasks were progressing in an orderly manner. The project covers an area of 150 mu and primarily engages in the R&D and production of aluminum-based special alloy wires and special conductors. It officially commenced construction in September 2025. As of now, 60% of the main structural work has been completed, with interior wall panels and roof inner layer sealing reaching 20% and 40% completion respectively. Efforts are currently focused on advancing equipment foundation construction. Trial production is expected to begin in May this year, and the overall project is projected to be fully completed by December.

The European Union and India have successfully signed a free trade agreement.
